The Unified Heart Productions Foundation (UHPF) website sells directly to Leonard Cohen fans around the world. There are no distributors or sub-distributors. We are using one-price point for the world and the items have been priced in US dollars to simplify all the transactions. However, folks who are in Canada will see all transactions in Canadian dollars.
Why do I need to create an account with UHPF to place an order?

What if my shipment gets lost along the way?
All shipments are fully insured and trackable. We will replace a lost shipment at no cost to you.
What if my shipment is damaged?

The item I ordered hasn’t been delivered yet, what should I do?
Check the tracking number that was provided to you when the item shipped.
